This notice explains what data we collect on this website, what we use it for, and how you can ask us to delete it. It covers nous-hr.com only.
What this notice covers
It covers the data you give us on this website: the contact form and usage analytics. It does not cover data processed inside a customer company's Nous HR workspace, nor data from people applying to a role on a customer's careers site. Those are governed by the notice each customer publishes in their own space, because there the customer is the data controller and we only process on their behalf.
Contact form
When you write to us through the form we receive your name, your work email and your message. We also optionally record where you arrived from (the campaign's utm_source parameter, or the page that referred you) so we know which channels work. We use all of it solely to reply to you and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their advertising.
Cookieless analytics
We measure site usage with Plausible, which sets no cookies, creates no persistent identifier and does not track you across sites. The script does not load until you accept it in the cookie notice, and if you decline it never loads at all. On deployments with no analytics configured, it never loads under any circumstance.
Spam protection
The form includes a hidden honeypot field for bots and, where configured, the Cloudflare Turnstile checker. Turnstile processes a technical signal from your browser to tell people from bots; we do not use it to profile you.
How long we keep your data
We keep contact messages for as long as they are needed to reply to you and to keep the thread of the commercial conversation. Once they are not, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data of yours we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us through this site's contact form or on WhatsApp and we will handle it.
