These terms govern your organization's access to and use of the Nous HR platform. By creating a workspace or accepting an invitation to one, the person acting on the organization's behalf confirms they are authorized to accept these terms.
Acceptance of terms
By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation, or otherwise using the platform, your organization agrees to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create a workspace or use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The service
Nous HR is a hosted human-resources platform for managing employees, hiring, reviews, onboarding, time off, and related workflows. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves. We provide the service on an as-is, as-available basis.
Account responsibilities
Your organization is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides, for keeping account credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under its workspace. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own sign-in.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, no uploading of malicious code, and no use that infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with the employment, privacy, and data-protection laws that apply to you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, suspend features, or modify the platform, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
Your organization may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required by law. On termination, data is handled in accordance with our data-processing commitments and any retention periods you have configured.
